The heart of Landscape with the Fall of Icarus (2020) is a digital recreation and reimagining of Triumph of Light that once sat at the center of San Francisco. Using photogrammetry, 3D modeling, and augmented reality, I’ve created a new version of the statue. It exists as an augmented reality sculpture that works in tandem with an editioned gold-leafed archival stereograph that acts as its trigger. In addition, there is a publicly accessible site-specific digital installation at Mount Olympus, San Francisco.
